Discovery Day Visit
Visit our headquarters and a flagship Costa Vida restaurant to experience our culture firsthand. You'll meet the leadership team, tour the facilities, and spend time with an existing franchise owner to get the real picture.
Sign Franchise Agreement
Once you're ready and all due diligence is complete, we'll execute the Franchise Agreement. Your initial franchise fee secures your protected territory and officially makes you part of the Costa Vida family.
Site Selection & Approval
Our real estate team assists with site identification, demographic analysis, lease negotiation guidance, and final site approval. We help ensure your location is positioned for traffic and visibility.
Build-Out & Construction
Work with our approved contractors to build and outfit your Costa Vida location to brand standards. Our team provides design plans, equipment specs, and project management support throughout construction.
Training Program
Complete our comprehensive 6-week training program covering restaurant operations, food standards, team management, customer experience, marketing, and financial reporting. Your management team trains alongside you.
Grand Opening
Celebrate your grand opening with the full support of our team on-site for the first week. We coordinate local PR, social media announcements, and opening promotions to give your Costa Vida the launch it deserves.
