2009

The First Kitchen Opens

Costa Vida was founded in Ogden, Utah by the Reyes family, serving a small but loyal community of food lovers who craved authentic coastal flavors. Word spread quickly through the neighborhood.

2012

First Regional Award

Costa Vida was recognized as "Best New Restaurant" by the Utah Food Association. Our signature coastal bowls became the talk of the town, drawing diners from across the state.

2015

Menu Expansion

We introduced our celebrated costavida catering service and expanded our menu to include 50+ items, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner — all rooted in fresh, coastal-inspired cuisine.

2018

Online Ordering Launched

Costa Vida launched its online platform, making it easy for guests across the United States to order their favorite meals with just a few clicks. Delivery zones expanded rapidly.

Franchise Program Begins
